Community Read and Watch: The Lost Worlds Discussion & Trivia In-Person

Dinosaurs have captured the imagination of people for millennia. The Lost World by Arthur Conan Doyle, first published in 1912, popularized dinosaurs to the public and inspired later works of fiction, such as The Lost World published by Michael Crichton in 1995. While published as a sequel to Crichton's novel Jurassic Park, the incorporates many elements from Doyle's The Lost World and reuses the title as an homage to Doyle's work. Together as a community, we will read both novels, watch a film inspired by each novel, and then discuss the novels and films.

After reading both novels and watching both films, join us for a trivia night to discuss the films. Bring your device to play along solo or in teams up to 4 players.
