K-2 Mindfulness In-Person

Join us for a calming and fun evening!  We will introduce simple, age-appropriate mindfulness activities that help children:

  • Focus their attention and improve concentration

  • Manage big feelings with healthy coping tools

  • Build self-awareness and kindness toward themselves and others

Through short, guided exercises, playful breathing games, and creative activities, kids will learn how to slow down, notice the present moment, and find their own sense of calm.
